Japan Mountain Soundscape is now available!!

This is my latest field recording session. I recorded the birdsong and the murmuring of the mountain stream.

Maybe field recording has a lot in common with hunting: the more experience I gain in the mountains, the better I perform in theHunter: Call of the Wild.

(I've played for 85 hours and I haven't even finished the first map yet)

Although I don't only record the sounds of nature, I believe there is a lot to learn from fieldwork.

Amazingly, I can get to this place from Tokyo for just a $5 ticket.

It will get hot from now on, so the next recording might be in the fall(you know? summer in Japan is hot as hell)
